Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.
Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are welcome to contact the Owner.
Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.

Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

Mode and place of processing the Data

Methods of processing

The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Application (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Owner at any time.

Legal basis of processing

The Owner may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following applies:

  • Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Note: Under some legislations the Owner may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects to such processing (“opt-out”),without having to rely on consent or any other of the following legal bases. This, however, does not apply, whenever the processing of Personal Data is subject to European data protection law;
  • provision of Data is necessary for the performance of an agreement with the User and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof;
  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Owner is subject;
  • processing is related to a task that is carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner;
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or by a third party.

In any case, the Owner will gladly help to clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter into a contract.

Place

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own. To find out more about the place of processing of such transferred Data, Users can check the section containing details about the processing of Personal Data.

Users are also entitled to learn about the legal basis of Data transfers to a country outside the European Union or to any international organization governed by public international law or set up by two or more countries, such as the UN, and about the security measures taken by the Owner to safeguard their Data.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

The purposes of processing

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Services, as well as for the following purposes: Contacting the User, Analytics, Registration and authentication and Displaying content from external platforms.

REGOLAMENTO UTILIZZO “BONUS VACANZA ACQUITERME”

ART. 1 PREMESSA

  • 1. Il presente regolamento è stato definito nel rispetto delle linee guida individuate dal Comune di Acqui Terme e da Alexala, tenendo in considerazione le esigenze tecniche dei Consorzi Turistici riconosciuti e degli obiettivi individuati dalla misura, nell’interesse del sistema turistico del territorio.

ART. 2 FINALITA’

  • 1. I Consorzi Turistici Sistema Monferrato e Terre di Fausto Coppi riconosciuti dalla legge 14/2016 che operano sul territorio “Monferrato”, sotto la regia di Alexala – ATL della Provincia di Alessandria, sono incaricati dal Comune di Acqui Terme a gestire l\'iniziativa di rilancio turistico \"Bonus Vacanza Acqui Terme” attraverso la commercializzazione diretta dei voucher messi a disposizione del Comune di Acqui Terme, tramite una piattaforma informatica.
  • 2. L’iniziativa prevede il coinvolgimento delle strutture ricettive alberghiere ed extralberghiere, con regolare licenza turistica attive nel Comune di Acqui Terme e dei servizi turistici attivi all’interno della città e nei comuni del suo circondario, come individuati nell’elenco allegato.

ART. 3 CONTENUTI DEL PROGETTO

  • 1. L’iniziativa prevede la programmazione di pacchetti turistici da parte di Agenzie di Viaggio e di Tour Operator Incoming, iscritti al progetto, che avranno il compito di realizzare la proposta turistica relativa all’area della città di Acqui Terme e dei suoi dintorni. L’offerta turistica dovrà essere commercializzata sulla piattaforma www.monferratontour.it a partire dal 1/9/2021.
  • 2. L’iniziativa è finalizzata a creare un prodotto turistico accattivante e in linea con i trend più richiesti dal turista italiano e straniero. I pacchetti turistici realizzati potranno essere commercializzati anche successivamente alla chiusura della presente misura.
  • 3. Le Agenzie di Viaggio e i Tour Operator Incoming che aderiscono all’iniziativa si assumono la responsabilità di coinvolgere il maggior numero possibile delle strutture ricettive alberghiere, extra alberghiere e all’aria aperta del territorio. Tale attività potrà essere svolta anche attraverso la collaborazione di Alexala e di altri Consorzi Turistici riconosciuti dalla Regione Piemonte.
  • 4. Le Agenzie di Viaggio e Tour Operator Incoming aderenti si impegnano a ideare, produrre e commercializzare pacchetti turistici della durata di 1 notte o di 2 notti consecutive.
  • 5. La vacanza / pacchetto turistico dovrà essere composto da almeno tre servizi:
    • A. struttura ricettiva alberghiera o extra-alberghiera con sede operativa nel Comune di Acqui Terme
    • B. 1 cena in un ristorante (o nella struttura stessa dove avviene il pernottamento) o agriturismo con sede operativa nel Comune di Acqui Terme
    • C. 1 attività esperienziale (laboratorio, degustazione, noleggio, trattamento benessere o altro) da realizzarsi sul territorio del circondario della città di Acqui Terme, come individuato nell’allegato 1.
  • 6. Considerata la tradizionale vocazione della Città di Acqui Terme, la vacanza/pacchetto potrà essere anche un soggiorno di 10 notti in struttura ricettiva per cure termali + 2 esperienze e sarà denominato “Soggiorno Cure Termali Acqui Terme”.
  • 7. E’ tuttavia ammissibile anche una proposta turistica giornaliera che metta in rete almeno tre servizi, anche non comprensivi del pernottamento (es. noleggio bike + degustazione in cantina + cena o pranzo),di cui almeno uno da effettuare nella città di Acqui Terme.
  • 8. Eventuali pacchetti comprensivi di attività esperienziali afferenti a comuni diversi da quelli di cui all’allegato 1 dovranno essere obbligatoriamente e preventivamente approvati dal Comune di Acqui Terme.
  • 9. La vacanza (pacchetto turistico) potrà godere del BONUS ACQUI (sconto massimo) a persona di € 150,00 se si realizza in giornata o con un pernottamento e del BONUS ACQUI (sconto massimo) a persona di € 200,00 se si realizza con due pernottamenti. Solo per il “Soggiorno Cure Termali Acqui Terme” il Bonus Vacanze Acqui consisterà in 2 notti gratuite da aggiungere e consumare con il Soggiorno Cure Termali (totale 10 notti + bonus 2 notti + 2 esperienze) e non potrà superare i 200 euro a persona.
  • 10. La tariffa dell’offerta sarà proposta dall’agenzia di viaggio e tour operator incoming, in linea con le sue caratteristiche e il prezzo medio annuo. Per ogni pacchetto pubblicato sulla piattaforma sarà indicato il periodo di validità e il valore del BONUS ACQUI a persona, nei limiti sopra indicati. Il valore totale dello sconto non potrà mai superare il 50% del valore totale.

ART. 4 MODALITA’ OPERATIVE

  • 1. Le proposte di vacanza (pacchetti turistici) verranno caricate sul portale www.monferratontour.it.
  • 2. I clienti potranno visualizzare le proposte sul sito www.monferratontour.it e procedere direttamente all’acquisto.
  • 3. Al momento della vendita:
    • A. Il Consorzio fornisce al cliente i dati bancari per il bonifico / pos virtuale. Il cliente paga al Consorzio la vacanza al netto dello sconto del BONUS ACQUI.
    • B. Solo al ricevimento del comprovato accredito, il Consorzio potrà trasferire all’Agenzia di Viaggio o Tour Operator Incoming l’importo totale della vacanza (quota cliente + quota BONUS a carico del Comune di Acqui Terme).
    • C. L’Agenzia di Viaggi e Tour Operator Incoming emette la fattura direttamente al cliente, al momento del soggiorno. La fattura dovrà riportare il costo totale della vacanza con evidenziato la quota cliente e la quota BONUS ACQUI.
    • D. Il BONUS ACQUI, emesso dal Consorzio all’atto dell’acquisto, dovrà essere completo di tutte le condizioni, riportare il pagamento e dovrà essere tenuto a disposizione in caso di eventuali controlli da parte del Comune di Acqui Terme.
    • E. l’Agenzia di Viaggi e Tour Operator Incoming dovrà regolare nel più breve tempo possibile i rapporti con le aziende della filiera turistica del territorio coinvolte e rendicontare al Comune le fatture costo dei fornitori saldati.
    • F. CONDIZIONI:
      • 1. Il BONUS ACQUI è a data aperta.
      • 2. La vacanza acquistata con BONUS ACQUI non è rimborsabile al cliente, inoltre il Comune di Acqui Terme nulla dovrà ai Consorzi Turistici in caso di non utilizzo \"Bonus Vacanza Acqui Terme” da parte del cliente.
      • 3. Non sono applicabili, da parte dei Consorzi, commissioni o mark-up di alcun genere.
      • 4. Ogni soggetto non può acquistare più di 5 BONUS ACQUI.
      • 5. Le agenzie viaggio ed i tour operator potranno acquistare per propri gruppi fino ad un massimo di 50 BONUS ACQUI.
      • 6. Il BONUS ACQUI è acquistabile fino al 31/12/2021 o comunque fino a esaurimento risorse.
      • 7. il BONUS ACQUI acquistato entro il 31/12/2021 potrà essere utilizzato entro il 30/10/2022

ART. 5 BUDGET E RELATIVA GESTIONE

Acqui Terme

  • 1. La misura può contare su un budget di euro 115.000 interamente a carico del Comune di Acqui Terme. Ogni consorzio riceverà il 50% del BUDGET, al netto dei costi per adeguamento piattaforma SID, costi amministrativi, costi per eventuali controversie (5% della somma iniziale),oltre ai costi che saranno sostenuti direttamente dal Comune per comunicazione pubblicità.
  • 2. I consorzi gestiranno il budget con la supervisione di ALEXALA. I pacchetti turistici caricati sulla piattaforma saranno equamente abbinati ai due consorzi coinvolti.
  • 3. Ogni consorzio sarà responsabile per la propria quota assegnata dal Comune di Acqui Terme. In caso di esaurimento del budget da parte di un consorzio subentrerà il secondo nella vendita di tutti i pacchetti.

It works by shortening Users' IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
